FACILITATOR

Kiana provides support, workshops, and resources that bring people closer to daily wellness with Kickin' it with Ki. Her specialty is working with teachers, students, and community organizations and helping them have healthier communities. As a former full-time public school teacher, she sees herself as the bridge between mindfulness and education. As a Black woman who has been on her wellness journey for over 7 years, she understands the support Black women need and creates spaces for them. She truly believes that when you give people the resources they need to take the best care of themselves, the entire community benefits.

Meet the amazing guest speakers Dr. Cassandre Dunbar of the Be Well Sis Podcast, Toya Imani of Lipstick by Imani, and Iffie Jennings of The Kindness Network.

Dr. Cassandre Dunbar is a mother of 2 young boys, medical doctor, wife, educator, Wellness writer, and host of the Be Well, Sis Podcast. She's incredibly passionate about the wellness and self-care practices of Black millennial women.

Toya Imani, a proud HBCU Alum from Jackson State University, dedicates her time to mentoring young ladies, embodying the essence of beauty with purpose. She shares unique affirmations with every customer, encouraging them to embrace their inner beauty. Lipstick By Imani is more than a beauty brand deeply rooted in community impact it brings you quality cosmetics that align with her commitment to eco-friendly and cruelty-free practices.

Iffie Jennings spent her younger years living in Alexandria, LA, and later years in Denver, Colorado. During those years, spending time with her family and growing in kindness consciousness was near and dear to her heart. Iffie founded The Kindness Network to foster a better and kinder community. She believes that through the Kindness Network, she can create a kinder, gentler, and more loving world.
